Emotional Sending Off for Ac Milan Legends

Just as it was expected, Ac Milan's final match of this season send an emotional vibe for all Milanisti especially when Pippo Inzaghi netted his team's winning goal against Novara, in a very classic way just like it was simply meant to be.

The veteran striker burst through the offside trap, chested Clarence Seedorf pass, rounding the goalie before slamming his shot into Alberto Fontana's net, making the San Siro crowd roars with joy as the fans were dreaming of such an event to occur.

Being set up as a farewell game, Milan's tie against Novara didn't actually turned the way it was planned especially in the first half when Garcia threatened to spoil Milanisti's party with his goal in the 20th minute. However, things changed after the break as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and co seemingly stepped up their game, knowing that winning would only be the best way to salute their departing comrades.

Mathieu Flamini eventually got things going for Milan after he netted the equalizer with a fine strike just inside the penalty area, blasting his shot into the corner, as Fontana couldn't do anything to stop it. Emotions were rising when Inzaghi finally entered the pitch, replacing Antonio Cassano, creating a very touching scene where all Rossoneri players were endlessly trying to set up the 38-years-old bomber for a special farewell goal, which magically happened in the 82nd minute.

Right after the final whistle was blown, emotions was reaching its peak as the departed players such as, Inzaghi, Alessandro Nesta, Mark Van Bommel, Gennaro Gattuso, Clarence Seedorf along with Gianluca Zambrotta were making their salute to the fans. Other players stood by on the side watching while applauding their comrades, consoling them when tears broke out as parting ways in front of Milanisti at San Siro after years of devotion is simply something special indeed.

Obviously, Milan's vice president, Adriano Galliani, was keen on ruin the mood when he told the press, how he still hope in convincing those departed to stay at Milan, albeit those players already confirmed their exit through the media. It's pretty much a burst of emotion from Galliani, who always been known for his attachment towards his players, but nothing will pretty much change those players decision, since it would simply ruin all of the majestic sending off should any one of them got re-called again.

As much as it's saddening to see another end of an era, but Milan must move on, another bright future awaits them as at least there's already couple new arrivals that could start that rejuvenation, Bakaye Traore and of course Riccardo Montolivo. Next week, more important confirmation should arrive for Milanisti, as confirmation about some players future is on the line, at the moment everyone should probably enjoy their memories with their departing legends for one last time.
