AC Milan Weekend Transfer Rumors 2016: Napoli Asked for Bacca to Replace Higuain

The weekend rumors ratter regarding AC Milan started off with Carlos Bacca story as latest report from Italy suggesting that Napoli are now keen on the Colombian striker following strong rumors claiming Gonzalo Higuain is heading to Juventus. Partenopei reportedly have made a 20 million Euro offer plus a player, Omar El Kaddouri for Bacca, but Milan have turned it down as Rossoneri want 30 million Euro or nothing at all. As for the former Sevilla marksman himself, it seems like he won't mind going to Naples as they do offer Champions League football unlike West Ham.

However, considering the difficulties of Napoli in tying up their targets this summer due to personal details, there's no guarantee similar situation won't arrive for Bacca. Still, maybe with the money from Higuain's sale along with the wages structure which is freed up a bit, Partenopei might be able to offer something interesting for the Colombian international. Nevertheless, West Ham might still be the side that can offer Bacca the best personal term for now, unless Paris Saint-Germain starting to into the mix once again.

More rumors regarding Milan themselves, Diego Lopez reportedly is also wanted by AS Roma, though they might only be able to offer a loan with an option to buy deal, which Rossoneri might not be keen on. As for potential arrival, Juan Cuadrado could be getting closer to Milanello, should his agent can convince Chelsea to let him leave with another loan along with option to buy deal. Although Antonio Conte said he is keen on keeping Cuadrado, but rumors claiming he is more comfortable playing in Serie A. Juventus and Inter Milan might also be interested though, but knowing his success with current Rossoneri coach, Vincenzo Montella during their Fiorentina days, Cuadrado might be tempted to repeat that partnership once again.

Things remain rather quiet, though it looks like Mateo Mussachio along with Piotr Zielinski deal is on stand by for Rossoneri, knowing no other clubs seem to be pushing them for now. The mystery might need more time to unravel, as rumors still claiming Milan's transfer move is still blocked without further sales or preliminary agreement signing.
