    AC Milan are ready to kick start their new Serie A season this weekend as they host newly promoted side, Cremonese at San Siro. Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly ready to start Luka Modric ahead of Samuele Ricci for this Saturday clash, with Rafael Leao out due to injury.

  AC Milan are set to part ways with Noah Okafor, with reports stating that he is close to joining newly promoted Premier League side Leeds United. Despite losing another option upfront, it looks like the Rossoneri are not planning to sign a direct replacement for the Swiss international  Okafor Set to Join Leeds United After a rather positive preseason performance, Okafor isn't going to remain as part of Massimiliano Allegri's squad for this season.   AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri has reportedly preferred the club to keep their young defender Malik Thiaw amid interest from several clubs, including Newcastle United. The Premier League side have been rumoured to submit a bid worth 30 million euros, but the Rossoneri decided to reject it.   

    Ardon Jashari remains determined to make his move to AC Milan a reality this summer despite strong resistance from his team, Club Brugge. According to Sky Italia, the midfielder still insists on leaving his current club amid being called up for the Belgium side's Champions League playoff matches.   

Starting off their first preseason friendly with a 2-1 win, AC Milan head coach Vincenzo Montella was quite happy with what he saw. Although admitting that his team can and must do better, but the tactician was satisfied in how his players immediately tried to take things they did in  training into play. Obviously there's plenty things that can be worked on, but considering it's their first game after early days of training session, Montella doesn't have much complaint.

Riccardo Montolivo 's arrival at AC Milan last summer carried little doubts from many Rossoneri faithful on whether his the right man to lead Milan's midfield line after being left with names such as Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf and also Gennaro Gattuso. Suffering three defeats from four games, is not the start that AC Milan were writing in their early season script, but just like a series of unfortunate events, that's simply the fate that Rossoneri must endure. After last weekend's defeat against Udinese, this midweek, the Rossoneri already have the chance to redeem their current bad patch, although many problems still clouding their path.

AC Milan tasted another defeat but Massimiliano Allegri's future apparently might still alive considering the messy circumstances that hit Il Rossoneri at Friuli stadium.  Having two players sent off in the second period simply cost Milan the game, which is already difficult to begin with. Cristian Zapata might reconsider his decision to lunge a tackle the resulted in his dismissal along with a penalty kick, but Kevin Prince Boateng might really need to control his discipline after he also got a marching order 10 minutes from time.

Massimiliano Allegri 's faith is hanging in very tight rope at the moment as many Italian press suggested that the upcoming match against Udinese on Sunday, could be the final test for him this season. Although this possibility has been denied by Ac Milan 's vice president, Adriano Galliani, but one can't really be sure about Allegri's future, especially after a rather similar situation occurred regarding Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva's departure this summer.

The major overhaul that AC Milan took this summer left many holes to fill, especially that leading role up front which is badly needed after the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who arguably was Rossoneri's vocal point in attack during his two season at Milanello. Being one of the players who have been improving well in the past couple of seasons, Kevin Prince Boateng, currently attempting to take some of that responsibility, although so far it hasn't been successful.

In what some Ac Milan fans considered as one of the club's darkest period, a spark of light still shines this summer, due to the introduction of some young talents on Rossoneri's first team squad. Among several potential names who have been raved by Milanisti, one that has been catching majority of people's affection is Mattia De Sciglio.

A moment of uncertainties creeping down into the head of Ac Milan players as they walked off from San Siro pitch minutes after suffering another disappointing home defeat in Serie A.  The 1-0 loss against Atalanta also marked their worse league start in after 80 years, not in terms of points gained, but much more because of picking up two home defeats already in such an early start.

Already heading into their final match on US. Tour, Ac Milan still haven't made  new progress in the transfer market as their latest transfer target, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa's deal apparently wen't 'dead' (for now) as vice president, Adriano Galliani, revealed that Montpellier rejected Rossoneri's bid. Although Galliani claimed that the move for Yanga Mbiwa has been shut down, many believes that the 23-year-old defender eventually will arrive at San Siro, considering his contract runs out in 2013.

Ac Milan continue their training session this time with a mini game between ranks as coach Massimiliano Allegri divided the group into two teams, Rossonero and Bianco.  The Red n Black side consist mostly of first team players with the exception of Bryan Cristante, Davide Pacifico and Bastone in the first half but only Pacifico stayed until the end of that 50 minutes game.

Ac Milan coaching staffs kept their words in changing this season training methods as they believe several programs last season played a part in boosting their players' ridiculous injury situation.  Although the usual physical training is still being given but apparently this time, Milan are putting more with the ball drills for their players, which can be seen in several latest training videos posted on the internet.

Silly season has been one of the most frustrating time for many football fans, including Milanisti this days, especially since two of their main stars, Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic , who can't seem to get their names out of the press' ink. Those two names practically have been on going-not going mode since the start of the transfer market, with Paris Saint-Germain being the most consistent potential buyer for those two with recent rumors stating a fee around 60-70 million being throw around by the media. It's obviously a rather odd since not long ago Rossoneri's vice manager, Adriano Galliani, continously confirmed that Silva and Ibrahimovic are not for sale despite their current high earnings.

 Another sad day arrives for Italian football, as one of the best player from the country, Alessandro Nesta has announced his departure from Ac Milan, taking his feet completely out of Serie A. The 36-years-old pretty much confirmed what the papers have been buzzing for the last couple of days, which is deciding to leave the club that he played with for this last 10 years. Speaking at the press conference held in Milan, Nesta revealed that with his age it would be difficult for him to play in the highest football level such as Italian Serie A or Champions League again. The former Lazio player also stated that he already made his decision since February and despite there's already an attempt from Ill Rossoneri to keep him for at least another year, the center back refused to change his decision.
