AC Milan have just announced the squad that head coach, Vincenzo Montella set up for their first friendly game against French outfit, Bordeaux next Saturday. Just like previous reports given, several names such as Keisuke Honda, Riccardo Montolivo, Gianluca Lapadula along with Lionel Vangioni won't be flying due to fitness problems. This basically means that Milan are calling up several primavera players into the first team squad, since there are not many available for now, considering there are also other players who are still having an extra holiday following their participation in Euro 2016 and Copa America.

Latest reports from Milanello stating that AC Milan will be missing more players outside of those who participated in Euro 2016 and Copa America for their first pre-season friendly against Bordeaux this upcoming Saturday. According to Italian media, Milan will be flying to France without the likes of Riccardo Montolivo , Keisuke Honda along with two new signings, Lionel Vangioni and Gianluca Lapadula, who are are having physical issues.

Riccardo Montolivo 's arrival at AC Milan last summer carried little doubts from many Rossoneri faithful on whether his the right man to lead Milan's midfield line after being left with names such as Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf and also Gennaro Gattuso. That trust didn't escalated much during the early part of Milan's new season as they were struggling to pick up positive results, while Montolivo himself was still adapting with his new teammates along with several different midfield positions during those days.
