Menez Leave AC Milan US Tour 2016 Due to Injury

Another injury issue apparently troubling AC Milan in this early stage of their preseason as Jeremy Menez is confirmed to be leaving their training camp in the US after picking up a calf injury during training session. Rossoneri announced that news on their official website, adding that the Frenchman will be heading back to Milanello for further examination. Menez will be joining the likes of Jose Mauri, Lionel Vangioni along with Gianluca Lapadula who all are currently recovering from their injury problems.

Menez's absence further reducing head coach Vincenzo Montella's option for their upcoming friendly games in the USA, but might not be that concerning further forward with rumors that Milan are prepare to part ways with the former Paris Saint-Germain player. So far, the has been rejecting several offers that comes his way, as rumors claiming the attacker is waiting for a proposal from Marseille. It will be interesting to see what the decision that the ex-AS Roma star make by the end of this upcoming transfer window.

Milan will be facing strong teams in USA, but Montella doesn't to have much concern as the tactician is more focus on building a playing style for his side, while evaluating some of his current players before deciding on their future soon. Rossoneri haven't really done much yet in the market, notably knowing that the take over process is still ongoing. Nevertheless, there's a strong hope that things will finally be unlocked as soon as possible.
