AC Milan Landed in USA Ahead of 2023 Preseason Tour
AC Milan players have landed in the United States as they gear up for their pre-season tour which will include games against Real Madrid, Juventus, and Barcelona. The Rossoneri revealed on their official social media page arrived in Los Angeles on Saturday Morning (Italy time) or Friday evening local time.
The Red and Black squad are continuing their preparation ahead of the new season participating in the 2023 Soccer Champions Tour. Milan started their pre-season training on July 10 but only played their first friendly two days ago against Serie D side, Lumezzane, which Stefano Pioli's side won 7-0.
Milan will be facing tougher opponents on their U.S. tour which will start on July 23 (local time) against Madrid. The Rossoneri will start their preparation in States now that they have already landed in the country. On their official social media page, the Rossoneri shared their arrival, showcasing how their players are looking joyful amid the long flight.
The Red and Black squad brings a relatively strong squad with their international players already returning to train with the team again. Some names such as Ante Rebic, Divock Origi, Fode Ballo-Toure won't be available as they are expected to leave this summer. Other names who are also absent from the U.S. tour are Marko Lazetic and Mattia Caldara.
After battling Los Blancos, Milan will face Juventus on July 27 and Barcelona on August 1, before returning to Italy the next day. More updates regarding the Rossoneri's activities on their tour can be checked out on this website.
