Mattia Valoti Called up for Italy u-19

Ac Milan talented youngster, Mattia Valoti, who had a pretty poor injury plagued season, apparently find some joy by the end of season as he is being called up into the Italy u-19 setup along with two other youth players, Rodrigo Ely and also Ricardo Piscitelli.

This three players will be used in the Elite round of European under 19 tournament, which sees the Azzurrini facing the likes of Belgium, Spain along with Armenia on Group 7 of the competition. A pretty tough looking drawing indeed for Alberigo Evani's squad, but the three Milan youngsters could very well made their name in the competition.

Aside from those three players, another Milan youth is also being called up to play in the tournament, as the Austrian under 19 side have revealed that Phillip Prosenik, who just joined the Rossoneri primavera team on January, will be part of their squad. This news is always refreshing for the Red and Black squad as this youngsters have the chance to play in major competitions against fellow talented youth from other major countries, obviously a much tougher task compared to regular playing in the primavera competition.

Meanwhile, not only the youth, two Milan's senior team members, Alexandre Pato along with Thiago Silva have also received a call up from the Brazilian Olympic team setup as both of them are being registered in the 23 names, which will still be shortened until 18 just before the tournament starts. This call up wasn't a surprise since both Brazilians have been revealing their intention in representing their country in the tournament, especially Silva, who is looking really excited and prepared to be one the final selection. As for Pato, there's still some doubts since he has been having many injuries recently, but apparently will be fit enough to join the selection and possibly even play in the competition, should he is being selected.

In truth, this might not actually a great news for Milan since with Euro 2012 also being held this summer, losing another important names for the upcoming Olympic could trouble their preparation, as there's always big possibilities that players who are involved in big tournament would need a bit more rest before finding their game again. The Rossoneri are obviously considering every situation and with plenty departures also happening by the end of this season, it's very interesting in seeing what the management will be doing next summer.
